BATD UK Scholarship Awards

During our annual examinations with The British Association of Teachers of Dancing, examiners can select students in Grade 3 or above, who demonstrate a combination of high technical ability combined with performance, to represent their Studio at the annual UK BATD Scholarship awards. This year the event was held in Newcastle and we had 5 nominees!

Miss Nic accompanied our dancers all the way to Newcastle for the event during which they performed in a Scholarship class with renowned choreographer Lucy Jane Adcock, a highly experienced West-End performer, assistant choreographer on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, and guest tutor at various dance colleges and theatre schools.

Our dancers performed in front of a highly esteemed panel of judges and represented VOX beautifully! This event is a real honour to be selected for and a fantastic recognition of the training provided here at VOX Dance Studios.
